1. Product Authenticity 

Every Ritvaa SmartGold piece comes with certified gold assurance and a lifetime buyback promise. Product details — including gold grammage and certification — are clearly mentioned on every listing.

2. Pricing & Modifications

Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal prices, so our prices change as well.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Ritvaa reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed through our secure website using prepaid methods or Cash on Delivery (available on select orders). Orders exceeding ₹3000 and all international shipments require prepaid payment. Ritvaa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen errors, stock unavailability, or policy violations.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days (custom orders may take up to 15 days).Tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp upon dispatch. International deliveries may take up to 20 working days, depending on destination and customs. 

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy above. All returns are accepted only with original packaging, labels, and unboxing video proof for claims. 

6. Buyback & Exchange

Every Ritvaa SmartGold piece carries a no-deduction lifetime buyback. You can exchange your mangalsutra anytime and carry forward the full gold value to a new design. 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, product images, and design — is the intellectual property of Ritvaa and cannot be reused without written consent. 

8. Limitation of Liability

Ritvaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by law. 

9. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
