Yes, completely free. There are no joining fees, no subscriptions, and no hidden charges. You also get 500 welcome points just for signing up.
Do my points expire? +
No. Your Ritvaa Parivaar points never expire as long as your account is active. You can accumulate and redeem them at any time.
How does the referral program work? +
Once you join, you receive a unique referral code. Share it with friends — when they make their first purchase using your code, they get 15% off and you earn 500 points plus 15% off your next order.
How do I move up to a higher tier? +
Your tier is based on total points accumulated. Earn 2,500 points to reach Silver (Ritvaa Priya) and 7,500 points to reach Gold (Ritvaa Rani). Points from all activities count toward your tier.
Can I use points on any product? +
Yes. Redeemed point discounts can be applied to any product in the Ritvaa store — there are no exclusions unless a product is already on sale.
How do I check my points balance? +
Log into your Ritvaa account and visit the Parivaar Rewards section in your profile. Your current balance, tier, and redemption history will all be visible there.
