Return Window

We accept return requests within 2 days and replacement within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with the original tag intact.
• Any free gifts or accessories received with the product must also be returned
• Returns will be accepted only from the original delivery address

Return Pick-Up

We will arrange a complimentary pick-up from the address where the order was originally delivered. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

• For prepaid orders: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Please share your bank details with our team to receive your refund
• COD and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. You will receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp once your refund is processed

2. Pricing & Modifications

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Ritvaa reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed through our secure website using prepaid methods or Cash on Delivery (available on select orders). Orders exceeding ₹3000 and all international shipments require prepaid payment. Ritvaa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen errors, stock unavailability, or policy violations.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days (custom orders may take up to 15 days). Tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp upon dispatch. International deliveries may take up to 20 working days, depending on destination and customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy above. All returns are accepted only with original packaging, labels, and unboxing video proof for claims.

What the Warranty Covers

Jewelry  service for two years: Your jewellery is covered free of charge 2 times for the  Initial two years.

After Two Years: Post the initial two-year period; repairs or servicing are chargeable, ensuring your jewellery remains in excellent condition while maintaining transparency. We Require 30 days notice for  availing this service along with Invoice details.
